Colleen Mahon began her career with two advertising agencies, working on clients such as McDonald's and Bolla Wine. Moving to the client side, she then served as a Regional Marketing Manager at Pepsico/KFC, where she directed marketing for 450 company and franchise restaurants.
As Director of Trade Marketing for Hanes/Hanes Her Way, Colleen managed a $30MM budget and developed promotions for Target and Wal-Mart. She created the Business Development Fund, pooling the resources of 7 Hanes divisions to execute Megabrand promotions.
After 15 years in the corporate world, Colleen began consulting with her first client, L'eggs/Hanes/Bali/Wonderbra. Her approach to business is unique in that it incorporates a passion for personal development and balancing one's personal and professional lives. In 2003 she renamed the business Orchestr8 to reflect that synergy.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, minimizing her carbon footprint and conquering the New York Times Crossword.
Colleen divides her time between her offices in Chicago and Louisville. She has two brilliant children who tolerate her use of the label maker and Excel spreadsheets around the house.
